In the event you need to make a claim please send the following details to claims@ukparcelpost.co.uk
We will require:
- The parcel tracking number.
- Collection Contact & Address, Telephone number and email address
- Delivery Contact & Address, Telephone number and email address
- A description of the item including the Make and Model
- A full description of how the parcel was packaged, including materials used and carton thicknesses.
- A full description of the damage caused, including photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Please state if the item is repairable or not.
- The original purchase receipt indicating the full value of the item without any profit or taxes
All Claims must be received within 14 days from the date of Collection, Any claims after this time cannot be processed.
Claims can take up to 90 days to be processed by our carriers. During this time the goods should not be transported back to the sender as an investigations team may need to inspect the goods as well as the original packaging.
